The research is devoted to the feed value and amino acid composition of sprouted triticale grain. purpose study article presents results a 3 domestic varieties grains for use in industry. physicochemical parameters, as well mass fraction carbohydrates, content vitamins, mineral elements were studied. data obtained indicate that source easily digestible acids, fatty vitamins enzymes. According crude protein, leading grade Taza was 15.83%, according fiber, Kozhar 13.77%. potassium phosphorus highest Asiada variety potassium- 422.18% phosphorus-340.07%. grain industry increase digestibility animal feed. practical significance technology production compound feeds using order improve quality shelf life.
